Keep one useful vehicle list
Record each vehicle’s registration, make, model, kilometres, service due point and known concerns. Follow the applicable manufacturer’s service schedule and account for the operating conditions.
Collect the driver’s observations
A short note about when a fault occurs is more useful than a vague description. Record warning lights, temperature conditions, load and whether the concern is repeatable. Avoid continuing to operate a vehicle if there is a safety concern.
Plan access and downtime
Tell us when each vehicle is available and whether work is needed at the yard or workshop. Safe access, parts and the repair itself determine what can be done on site.
Separate planned work from unexpected faults
Agree the initial work and ask for diagnostic findings before authorising additional repairs. Keep completed service records with the vehicle so the next booking starts with useful history.
