What this website collects
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, optional email address, location, vehicle information, booking and contact preferences, any vehicle listing link and your message. Please only send information needed to discuss the work.
How we use it
We use these details to respond, prepare a quote, arrange a booking or order, and keep a record of the enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where enquiries go
Enquiries are stored in a restricted website inbox. Email notifications, when enabled, are sent to info@jjcauto.com.au through our email delivery provider. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Australia. Access to enquiry records is restricted to the site owner.
Browser storage and source information
Your product enquiry list is saved in this browser until removed or cleared. We store the visit source and campaign label for the current browser session and attach them to an enquiry to understand which links are useful. We do not include form contents in advertising or analytics events. Technical request information is used to limit spam; temporary rate-limit records are cleared after expiry.
Retention, access and corrections
We keep enquiry records as needed to respond, manage the work and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for business or legal records.
